Once you’ve submitted your order, we’ll get to work. Within 1-3 business days, you’ll receive a PDF proof.

After your approval, we’ll move your project to production. We typically complete orders within 5 business days.

Depending on the scope, it could take longer, but we will discuss on a project to project basis.

If you have a hard deadline, please share that will us when ordering.

ORDER CANCELLATION

To cancel an order, please call 317.773.1829 as soon as possible. If an order is in the production phase, some costs may be incurred.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

We offer local delivery, as well as USPS and FedEx. Orders can always be picked as well. Let us know what service works best for your project.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Things happen. We understand. Printed products are custom by nature, so we cannot accept returns.

We do stand by our work, so if there is an issue with your order, we want to resolve it.
